About the Role:
The hours are 18 per week and we can be flexible with days. The shifts are split as follows:
8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Answer phone calls and assist patients with their queries.
- Provide friendly and professional face-to-face support at the front desk.
- Be an essential part of a team of five receptionists, helping our patients feel welcome and cared for.

- Excellent communication and people skills.
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Confidence in working in a fast-paced environment.
