We are recruiting an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Nurse Prescriber for Fern House Surgery which is a large GMS dispensing practice with 8 Partners and 17,000 patients.
You will become a part of a forward-thinking Practice which has significantly evolved during these times of change, to enable us to provide excellent Patient Care, whilst protecting & supporting our valued team.
The ideal candidate will have:
A prescribing qualification
General Practice experience
Knowledge of SystmOne
Experience in diagnosing and treating patients who present with acute medical and minor illnesses
Relevant expertise in managing long term conditions.
Working hours are negotiable
