A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a part-time, experienced Practice Nurse for 20 hours per week to join our friendly practice, Monday and Thursday 8.00am – 6.30pm with a 30-minute unpaid break.
You will work closely with a team of supportive and collaborative clinicians to ensure the greatest level of care is delivered to all patients.
Chelmer Medical Partnership is a three-site practice based in Chelmsford – Humber Road Surgery, Melbourne House Surgery and Tennyson House Surgery. Candidates will be required to work across these three sites.
Duties of the role include:
– Delivering exceptional levels of care to all patients
– Working autonomously and as part of a team
– Providing Flu vaccinations
– Providing Cervical Cytology
– Carry out Contraceptive Reviews
– Providing Immunisation
– Delivering Wound care
Management of Asthma, Diabetes and COPD would be of benefit and development to support this could be provided.
