We are looking to recruit a part time Care Navigator/Administrator to join our busy friendly team.
The position is for 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
You must be flexible and willing to work morning/afternoon hours, holiday and sickness cover is essential.
Knowledge of SystmOne would be an advantage but training will be provided.
Applicants should have excellent communication skills, with a positive approach, able to work on their own initiative and multi task.
Previous healthcare or customer service experience would be an advantage but not essential.
