Discount codes must be applied during the booking process and cannot be added retrospectively
Non-transferable: Discount codes/offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
No Guarantee of Availability/Limited availability: Offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. A discount code does not guarantee the availability of the course or service.
Validity: All discount codes/offers have an expiry date and cannot be used after this date.
Amendments: EQUIP reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time.
Cancellation Policy: If a booking made with a discount is cancelled, it cannot be rebooked using the original code/offer.
Change in Offer Details: EQUIP reserves the right to change the value or scope of the offer without prior notice.
Unforeseen Circumstances: EQUIP cannot be held responsible if the promotion cannot be honoured due to events or conditions beyond its control.
Event Changes: If a course date is rescheduled or cancelled by EQUIP, the discount will either remain valid for the new date(s) or be refunded upon request.
Payment Terms: Discounts apply only to bookings either paid in full at the time of booking or within 7 days. If payment is not received within this timeframe, EQUIP reserves the right to cancel the booking and the discount may be forfeited.
General Terms: These promotion specific terms and conditions are in addition to our standard terms and conditions, which continue to apply to all bookings.
